Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer En-gineer to change water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a-6075 (71-3090) Theodore Rimpau, Milford, Utah, proposes propos-es to change the point of diversion di-version and place of . use of 3.01 ac.-ft. out of a total of 3.71 ac.-ft. 'of water as evidenced evi-denced by Water Users Claim 71-287, Underground Waer Claim 5771. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 150 ft. W. 2610 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 11, T29S, R11W; and used for domestic purposes of 1 family, stock-watering stock-watering of 25 cattle, and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1, irrigation of 0.6 acs., limited to 0.57 acs. in SW14NE14, Sec. 11, T29S, R11W. Hereafter, 3.01 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-in. well 100-300 ft. deep at a point S 1000 ft. W. 200 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 11, T29S, R11W; and used for domestic purposes of 1 family and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 irrigation of 0.6 acs., limited to the sole supply of 0.57 acs. in NE14NEU Sec. 11, T29S, R11W. The remaining remain-ing .70 ac.-ft. of water is to be used as heretofore described for stockwatering purposes. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate dup-licate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake j City, Utah 84114 on or before April 11, 1970.
