Show THIS AND THAT -- WITH PAT Mrs. Julia Rae Alger and son Gary met Mrs. Alger's husband, hus-band, Jerry, in Las Vegas to spend last week end together. They were at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Banks. Mr. Alger is working at Mercury. t Mrs. Helen Rimpau of Los Angeles is a visitor at the home of her son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Rimpau. Rim-pau. Mrs. E. L. Smith will undergo under-go neck surgery Monday in the Milford Valley Memorial Hospital. Mike Schow, a student at College of Southern Utah, and Mike Symond, University of Utah student, were here last week end and attended the Junior Prom. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Stever and children Charlie and Andrea, An-drea, formerly of North Hollywood, Holly-wood, are making their home in South Milford. Mr. Stever is employed at the Green Diamond Dia-mond Ranch. Mrs. Helen Wellington, who is employed at a rest home in Payson, is in Milford to care for her father, Doug Fother-ingham, Fother-ingham, who recently suffered a slight stroke. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Fotheringham motored to Payson to get Mrs. Wellington, Welling-ton, and visited Mr. Fothering- ham's son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Fotheringham Foth-eringham and new baby Marci. O Mr. and Mrs. Norman Lamb and daughter Vicki have been in Salt Lake, where Vicki was "taped" for another television appearance. 9 Mrs. Karen Acord and son DeWayne are in Milford to slay until her husband returns from Vietnam. She is at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ward Thompson. Mrs. Acord has had her son in Salt Lake for medical care. Cliff and Betty Jensen of Orem spent Sunday and Monday Mon-day with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Lyman. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Gillins have returned from Salt Lake where Mr. Gillins underwent major surgery April 25 in the LDS Hospital. Mrs. Gillins remained in Salt Lake for the two weeks, and was at the home of her son in law and daughter, Ronald and Elaine Schwartz. Norman Thompson was in Salt Lake last week taking a physical examination before returning to his employment with Utah Power & Light., He has been off work because of back trouble. District Gov. and Mrs. E. L. Smith attended the Lions Club meeting at Hinckley last Wednesday. Wed-nesday. Harry Jefferson, son of Mrs. Frances Smithson has retired from the U S Army after 26 years of service. He has been stationed at Ft. Bliss, Texas. Mr. Jefferson is expected to be in Milford (within two weeks. Father Charles McKee of San Jose, Calif., is in Milford and Salt Lake.to see his broth- er Eugene who is in the Salt Lake Vetarans Hospital for replir of a broken hip. While in Milford Father McKee was at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene McKee. e Mr. and Mrs. Larry Kinross and Mr. and Mrs. Darryl Cox attended the Junior Old Timers Tim-ers convention at Sun Valley, May 3 thru 8. The following Milford ladies attended the Mothers and Daughters Spring Festival Friday Fri-day evening and Saturday at the Weber College campus m Ogden: Mrs. Ora Burke and daughter Connie, Mrs. Betty N anise and daughter Judy; Mrs Joan Holland and daughter daugh-ter Candi; Mrs. Nelouise Schow and daughter Elaine. Mrs. Wes Bolton and granddaughter grand-daughter Debbie were in Salt Lake to get Debbie's neck braces adjusted. While there they were house guests of Mrs. Bolton's sister, Mrs. John Burr. Eddie and Lillian Anderson will leave today for their summer home in West Yellowstone, Yellow-stone, Mont. Mrs. Beverly Palmer and daughter Sharon returned to their home in Las Vegas after a visit with Mrs. Palmer's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. John Weston. Wes-ton. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Lang were in Salt Lake Monday and while there they called on Eugene McKee at the Veterans Veter-ans Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Mapes are in Lakewood, Calif., on a business trip and also to visit a son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Bob King and children. Mrs .Edythe Grimshaw is managing man-aging the Park Motel while they are gone. Mr. and Mrs. Bud Whittaker were in Salt Lake on a business busi-ness trip and called on Mrs. Whittaker's relatives. Howard and Delia Paice of East Ely, former Milford residents, resi-dents, called on friends this week in Milford, South Milford and Beaver. Mrs. Ethel Sanders of Salt Lake, president of the Rebekah Assembly of Utah, and other Assembly officers will make their official visitation to the Victory Rebekah Lodge at Milford on Wednesday, May 17. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Horton have purchased the lot north of their present address, 258 South 500 West, and are moving mov-ing their trailer home to the new location. The American Legion Auxiliary Aux-iliary will hold their regular meeting Monday evening in St. Bridget's Lounge room. Donald Munk has been promoted pro-moted to staff sergeant. He is stationed at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif. e Allen Weston of Salt Lake is expected here to spend the meek end with his grandpar-ents, grandpar-ents, Mr. and Mrs. John Weston. Wes-ton. Mrs. Naomi Hughes will leave Saturday for Logan to spend Mother's Day with her son and daughter in law.
