Show TICKETS READY FOR LEGION AUXILIARY PUBLIC CARD PARTY Tickets for the American Legion Auxiliary Benefit Card Party are now on sale, and reservations may be made by contacting a Legionnaire or an Auxiliary member. Mrs. Lela Gilliam, chairman cf the event, said St. Bridget's Recreation Hall is being donated do-nated by Father Valine and all proceeds will be used to help complete "the ""American"" Legion Le-gion Youth Recreation Center. A buffet dinner will be served at 7:30 p. m., preceding the cards. Bridge, pinochle, S00 and canasta will be played. An electric knife will be the major door prize, with special prizes for winners at cards, and many special prizes to be c'rawn during the evening. 7'icket holders will not need to be present to win. Hostesses of regular card clubs are invited to entertain at this party, but are asked to make reservations in advance. Only 150 tickets will be sold. |
