Show UPDATING FEED GRAIN BASES Provisions for updating feed grain bases are provided to recognize re-cognize definite changes in planting from one feed grain to another since the base period per-iod where both the changes in planting and future intentions justify such updating. No adjustments ad-justments will be made which cannot be fully supported according ac-cording to Jeff H. Marshall, Chairman of the Beaver County Coun-ty ASC Committee. In determining whether a producer's farm may be eligible for updating, only those farms which had at least one feed grain base crop planted in excess ex-cess of such base in 1970 and 1971, and another crop base underplanted both years, are eligible for consideration. Mr. Marshall said, "the 1972 feed grain and wheat program signup will begin February 3 and end March 10. |
