Show GAY BOYTER, MIKEL SCHOW SPEAK VOWS IN MILFORD CHAPEL Wedding bells rang April 1 at the Milford LDS Chapel for Miss Gay Boyter and Mr. Mikel G. Schow under the direction of Bishop LaMar Lund. The brides parents are Mr. and Mrs. Carl Boyter and the grooms parents are Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Schow, all of Milford. Matron of honor was Mrs. Don (Gail) Young and bridesmaids brides-maids were Miss Joyce Marie Boyter, Kay Lynn Gale, Elaine Schow, and Tammie Boyter. Flower girl was Linda Gale. Best man was Mr. Boyd Schow and assistant to best man was Bill Schow. Ushers were Mr. Art Stewart, Donnie Young, Mike Henderson and Lee Boyter. The brides dress was white with empire waistline and embroidered em-broidered lace top with stand-up stand-up collar. It had long frill chiffon chif-fon sleeves with deep lace cuffs. The rest of the dress was white chiffon over taffeta with a long chapel train appliqued with lace. The bridal bouquet was white orchids with blue streamers. stream-ers. The matron of honor and bridesmaids were dressed in empire-waisted full length dresses dres-ses of pale blue chrystaline over blue lining trimmed in white and blue lace. The buo-quets buo-quets were white and blue carnations. car-nations. A wedding reception followed at the Milford Elementary Ele-mentary School. The young couple honeymooned honey-mooned in Salt Lake City and returned to Cedar City to make their home. Gay is enrolled at Cedar City Ci-ty High School and Mikel is a freshman at SUSC. |
