Show Commissioners Schedule Hearing on Pine Creek outside of the Milford City limts and bounded on the east by the UP railroad tracks, on the south by the Beaver- Iron County line, on the west by the Utah-Nevada State Una, and on the north by the Beaver-Millard County line. School districts will be the same as voting districts, except that Greenville and Minersville Voting districts will be combined com-bined to form School district No. 3. The new districts fall well within the one-man, one-vote guideline with less than a 3 differential from the largest to the smallest. In Milford, the differential is only 3 people. Other business included: Motion to apply for money for restoration and renovation of the Courthouse through the Parks Service and Housing and Urban Development. Authorized $100 for travel expenses to the Travel Show Booth in Los Angeles. Discussed weed spraying program with Grant Esplin. The schedule will be Milford Monday Mon-day and Tuesday; Minersville, Wednesday; and Beaver, Thursday Thurs-day and Friday. Greg Marshall was hired on the P.E.P. program. Highway Dept. met with the Board and discussed reorganization reorgani-zation of the County Road crew and hiring of a single road supervisor. Zoning and redisricting occupied oc-cupied most of the time when the Commissioners met in their regular session last Thursday in Beaver. A public hearing was set fov May 31, 1972 at 2:00 p.m. to hear three zoning petitions. The Deseret Investors Group petition peti-tion calls for rezoning of Pine Creek to Hiway Service, and has been approved by the Planning Plan-ning Commission. C. Victor Smith and Hal Smith's petition asked for rezoning of an area at North Creek to Recreation-Forestry Recreation-Forestry and a petition by Ar-vel Ar-vel Madson asks for zoning of an area in Beaver for a. junu yard and diesel shop. New voting districts and school districts were adopted as follows: Minersville District Beginning at the point where the line dividing Ranges 8 and 9 West intersects with the Beaver-Iron County line, run-ing run-ing 6 miles to the SE corner of Township 29 south, R9W; north 3 miles to the NE corner of Sec. 24, Township 29 S., R10 W.; thence W to the UP track; thence SW along said railroad to the Beaver-Iron County line; thence east to the point of beginning. be-ginning. Milford No. 1 The area contained within the Milford City limits west of the UP railroad tracks and east of the center line of 200 West Street as said center line is prolongated to the north city boundary and to the south city boundary. Also the area both within and without the Milford City limits which is bounded on the west by the UP railroad tracks, on the north by the Beaver-Millard County line, on the east by the line dividing R9 and 10 West, and on the south by the section line which commences at the NE corner of Section 24, T29S, R10W, and runs thence west to the UP railroad tracks. Milford No. 2 The area contained within the Milford City limits lying west of the center line of 200 West Street as said center line is prolongated to the north city boundary and to the south city boundary.
