Show TIGERS FACE TOUGHEST PRESEASON PRE-SEASON SCHEDULE West Beaver County basketball basket-ball fans will see some of the state's saltiest teams in action during the pre-season games at Milford. Coach Don Rowley has lined up the toughest practice prac-tice schedule the Tigers have ever tackled. ' The schedule includes games with such teams as South Sevier Se-vier (state champs) ; Moapa Valley (second place in Nevada) Ne-vada) ; Dixie (fourth in the Utah state tournament); North Sevier, Hurricane, Emery and North Sanpete, all state tournament tour-nament teams last year. Coach Rowley said he is expecting ex-pecting "another fine season" in the 1965 casaba wars, with four returning lettermen and three other 1964 squad members mem-bers back in uniform this year. Returning lettermen are Keith Gillins, Shirl Nichols, Larry Reese and John Roberts. Other veterans expected to earn letters let-ters this year include Terry Lofthouse, Mike Taylor, and Blaine Roberts. Newcomers to the squad are Doug Beding-field, Beding-field, Gary Tomsik, Steven Miller, Doug Turner and Robert Rob-ert WiUingham. In league play, the Tigers have 21 wins and four losses over the past three years, winning win-ning two region crowns. Season basketball tickets are now on sale at the high school office.
