Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appro-priate water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designatec'. All locations are in SLB&M. To Change: a-4460 Albert C. Nelson and Austin B. Cates, care of Sam Cline, Attorney, Milford, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion of 3.2 sec. -ft. of water evidenced by Water Users Claims Nos. 1632 and 2901, Escalante Valley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 25 ft. and W. 25 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 22, T29S, R11W, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation ir-rigation of 151.2 acres in E-Ey2 E-Ey2 said Sec. 22. Hereafter, the same quantity of water is to be diverted during dur-ing the same period as heretofore hereto-fore from an existing well at a point N. 125 ft. and W. 40 ft. from Ey4 Cor. Sec. 22, T29S, R11W, and used for the same purposes as above described. a-4467 James L. McBride, Milford, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion of .015 sec.-ft. of a total of .891 sec.-ft. sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Water Wat-er Users Claim No. 55, Escalante Esca-lante Valley Proposed Determination Determi-nation of Water Rights. The water has been diverted . from a well at a point N. 410 ft. and W. 630 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 36, T28S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30, as a supplemental sup-plemental supply, for the irrigation irri-gation of 76.1 acres in NEVi-SE14, NEVi-SE14, SE14SE14 Sec. 36, T28S, R11W, and for year-round domestic do-mestic requirements of one family, and for the watering of 100 cattle and horses. Hereafter .015 sec.-ft. of the above described right is to be diverted from a 6-in. well, bet. 75 and 400 it. deep at a point N. 330 ft. and W. 452 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 36, T28S, R11W, and used for the domestic requirements re-quirements of one family, and for the watering of 100 head of stock, all uses in SEy4SEy4 said Sec. 36. a-4477 Eugene H. Mayer, and Lloyd S. Mayer, Milford, Ut., propose to change the point of diversion of 1120 ac-ft. ac-ft. of water evidenced by Water Wat-er Users Claims Nos. 1844 and 1845, Escalante Valley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 50 ft. and W. 50 ft. from E14 Cor. Sec. 29, T28S, R10W, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1, as a supplemental supply for the irrigation of 283 acres in NW14, SWy4NEy4 Sec. 28, NEV4 Sec. 29, T28S, R10W, and for year-round watering of 200 cattle. Hereafter, 1120 ac.-ft. will be diverted from either one or both of two 16-in. wells at the following points: (1) Well 543 ft. deep, same as above described; de-scribed; (2) WeU bet. 200 and 500 ft. deep N. 1370 ft. and W. 50 ft. from Ey4 Cor. Sec. 29, T28S, R10W. The water is to be used from Feb. 1 to Nov. 30 for the same purposes as described above. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the foregoing applications with reasons therefor, there-for, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, I Utah, on or before July 4, 1964.
