Commander Bill Wunderlich has called a special meeting of Milford Post No. 16 of The American Legion for 8 p. m. Friday, (April 6) in the Sorority So-rority Room at St. Bridget's Recreation Hall. Purpose is to elect delegates to the district convention to be held Friday, April 13, at Kanab; to select six delegates to Boys State; and to plan a joint Legion-Auxiliary party for the very near future. The nominating committee will report proposed officers for the coming year, and election elec-tion may be held at this meeting. meet-ing. Lyle Wiseman was a pretty frightened guy last Saturday when one of his tractors overturned over-turned on a couple of youngsters, young-sters, and he asked us to express ex-press his "heartfelt, sincere thanks" to everyone who assisted as-sisted him in getting the boys . .. -. . free. Way we heard it, Lyle was making like a badger clawing the sand from beneath the tractor, and we'll bet it takes Mary a couple of weeks to get all the dirt out from under his fingernails.
