Show fnent. Miss Kay Tolley was home over the week end with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Hy Tolley, also attending the wedding reception recep-tion for Mr. and Mrs. Clark Rollins. Rol-lins. CLAIR GILLINS Community Club was held Saturday Sat-urday evening with 24 members present New officers elected are Jim Sherwood, president; Lonnie Willingham, vice president; Mar-jorie Mar-jorie Sherwood, secretary, and Mrs. Pearl Tolley, chairmen of entertainment committee. Mr. and Mrs. Basil Rollins and family, former South Milford residents, res-idents, were here last week end as guests of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Rollins, and to attend the wedding wed-ding reception of Mr. and Mrs. Clark Rollins. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Clair Gillins last Friday afternoon were Mr. and Mrs. Ray Messinger of Compton, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Ellis LeFevre and Mrs. Cassie McKnight of Minersville. The three ladies are sisters of Mrs. Gillins. Mrs. Corrine Yardley and family fam-ily have moved into the home on the Duane Yardley farm. It is also the former home of Mrs. Cassie McKnight. Mr. and Mrs. Len Chawin are the new operators of the Valley View Dairy (the R. W. Jones Dairy). We welcome them into South Milford. They have four sons and a daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wright and children of Beaver called on Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Wright and Mr. and Mrs. Lorraine Gillins Saturday afternoon. Mrs. Don Alger returned home last week from the state of Washington. She had spent the last two months with her son Don's family while Don Jr. was in Japan. She also welcomed a new granddaughter in the family. fam-ily. They also have two little sons. Mrs. Marjorie Sherwood accompanied ac-companied Mrs. Brian Sherwood and son to Salt Lake and helped them get settled in a new apart- |
