Show ELEMENTARY P.-T. A. NOTES The Milford Elementary PTA held their last meeting of the year on April 5. Curriculum Director Di-rector Bryce Draper displayed charts depicting Milford and also Beaver County as a whole, in comparison to the National average aver-age by subject and grade level. These charts come about as a result of the tests conducted by grades, thru out the county. Mr. Draper pointed out that the Milford schools stand up very well nationally, and that the charts clearly indicate the areas which need more concerted effort for improvement. Principal Elliott Arnoldson briefly disccussed some of the high points of his trip to Atlantic Atlan-tic City, N. J., to attend a convention con-vention of elementary principals. Purpose of the convention was to point out new trends and teaching teach-ing methods, and sharing of experiences ex-periences with administrators from all over the country. Mr. Arnoldson also showed a film which depicted some of these ideas and trends. Because of the shortage of time he was unable to dwell as long as he would like to have done about the trip itself, it-self, and the things he witnessed in Atlantic City, New York, and Washington, D. C. Election and inauguration of officers of-ficers was conduscted in a quick ceremony. New P.-T.
