Show Miss Maine Olsen is visiting in St. George. Mr. and Mrs. Clark, of Canaan ranch, spent Christmas in Leods, Miss Minnie Chatterly, of Cedar City, is the guest of Miss Maud Harris. Mrs. William Beames presented her husband with a baby-girl some time last week. All those from here who have been attending school at Cedar City are now home for the holidays. Hoy Grundy and Bert McQuarrie were here from St. George to attend the wedding reception of William Stirling and Miss Susie Harris. Mrs. Ada McMullin and Mrs. Caroline Caro-line McMullin were summoned to the bedside of their mother, Mrs. Parker of Washington, who is very ill, on the 25th inst. Christmas passed off very quietly here, nothing going on during the day. In the evening the young folks had a sociable at Mrs. M. J. Hamilton's at which everybody seemed to enjoy themselves. p. S. An error was made in last issue. It stated, '-The horses were located on Bench Lake range." It should have read, ''Locoed on Bench Lake range." |
