Show NEW HARMONY Mrs. O. Hammond Reporter Mr. and Mrs. Reid Whipple and family of Las Vegas were guests Saturday and Sunday of Mr. Whipple's sister, Mrs. A. F. Mathis. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Orton, Mr. and and Mrs. Reid Prisbrey and Mrs. Orson Hammond were business busi-ness visitors in St. George Saturday. Sat-urday. A number of our townspeople went over near Panaca to gather pinenuts. They report nuts were plentiful. Mr. and Mrs. J. Irving Prince and Mrs. George F. Prince were business visitors in Cedar City on Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Randall L u n t went to Cedar City on Saturday to attend the funeral services for Mrs. Jennie Leigh Jones. Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Pace and Mr. and Mrs. Orson Hammond attended conference held at Cedar City on Sunday. Business visitors in our town Monday were Mr. and Mrs. Parson Par-son Webster of Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mathis have moved to St. George to remain re-main during the school season. The Davis boys from Kanarra are here baling hay for Henry A. Pace and Ashby Pace. Our bishop, Lyle B. Prince has been quite ill the past week. Miss Camilla Pace came home Tuesday. She intends locating work close to her home-town for the winter. |
