Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Washington Wash-ington County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, both locations being from SLB&M. 15287 Charles F. Hansen, St. George, Ut, 3 sec. ft. from South Cottonwood Creek, tributary to Quail Creek at a point N. 58 15' W. 7000 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 34, T. 41 S., R. 14 W. The water will be diverted by means of a dam, and 7180 ft. of flume and ditch, and used to irrigate 200 acres of land embraced within NEM, Sec. 4, T. 42 S., R 14 W., and S Sec. 34, T. 41 S., R. 14 W. 15368 Blueford T. Beames, Virgin, Vir-gin, Ut., 1 sec. ft. from Virgin River, tributary to Colorado River at a point S. 693 ft. and W 1650 ft. from Ny4 Cor. .Sec. 27, T. 41 S., R. 12 W. The water will be diverted by means of a water wheel and 1320 ft. of flume and ditch, and used to irrigate 25 acres of land embraced within NWNW Sec. 27, T. 41 S., R. 12 W. Protests resisting the granting of either of the foregoing applications appli-cations with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, with a fee of $1 on or before December 18, 1943.
