Show GUNLOCK Mrs. Lee V. Leavitt Reporter Mr. and Mrs. John A. Himt of Pioche spent the week-end here visiting Mr. and Mrs. Henry Holt. Thursday evening the Primary held its spring festival with a program by the children, a dance and refreshments. Roland Bowler spent the past week here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Bowler. Saturday was clcan-up day with a dance at night. A large crowd from surrounding towns attended the dance, after which the young people had a party at the home of Miss Rena Nielsen. Mrs. Iris Jones and daughter are here visiting her mother, Mrs. Nolle Martineau. Mr. and Mrs. Glen McAllister and Mrs. Cal Emery of Las Vegas spent Sunday here visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Leavitt. Donald Jones of Logandale was a visitor here Sunday. Mrs. Mary E. Leavitt has returned re-turned home after visiting in St. George for the past week. Rex Leavitt and friends of Las Vegas visited here on Thursday. Miss Hilma Esplin and Berniece Holt spent the week-end here at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Holt. ' Mr. and Mrs. Lee V. Leavitt and Mrs. J. C. Thompson and son PJchard. spent Thursday at Mesquite. Mes-quite. Mrs. J. L. Bowler spent the wpok-end at Hurricane. The Gunlock elders attended a quorum meeting at Veyo on Sunday. Sun-day. The Primary officers also attended a convention. ! Miss Nolle Bowler was rushed j to the hospital at St. George and operated on Sunday for appendicitis. appendi-citis. 1 Mrs. Lula P.owler has returned home from Hatch where she has been visiting her parents.
