Show SPRINGDALE . Mrs. Stirling Seegmiller Reporter Lawrence Gifford is home on a furlough from the Army. Herbert Christensen and two children have joined Mrs. Christensen Christ-ensen at Provo, where they have employment. Mr. and Wesley Dennett and two children and Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Ruesch and children spent the week end in Salt Lake City visiting relatves. Mrs. Leata Olsen and two children child-ren left Sunday for Parowan with Mr. and Mrs. Dan Crawford, where she will recover from her recent illness at the home of her parents. Mr. and Mrs: William Gifford and Mr. and Mrs. Edison DeMille De-Mille are here for a few days from California. Mrs. Ernest Cripps and her four sons, of California,, visited briefly at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Moses E. Gifford on Monday. Linford Christensen came here Wednesday of last week and moved mov-ed his family out to Bryce, where he is employed as ranger. Mr. and Mrs.' . Larkin Gifford and children visited in Cedar City with relatives on Saturday. Mrs. Pete Wulfenstein and Anthony An-thony Gifford returned to St. George Friday after visiting with their mother, Mrs. Jane Gifford for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Leaton Dennett and family came from Las Vegas Sunday. Mrs. Dennett will remain here for some time with her children. Mr. and Mrs. June Gifford and two children and Dorel Seegmiller visited over the week end here from Salt Lake City. They brought with them Mrs. Francis Brown and daughter, Pauline, who arrived in Salt Lake City during the week from Enid, Okla., where Gerald Gifford is laboring in the mission field. They were guests of Mrs. Kendall Gifford. Mr. and Mrs. Roland Excell of California is here visiting at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Excell. Mrs. Mary Winder is improving a little. .The small daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Othel Gifford was taken back to the hospital at Cedar City for a blood transfusion on Sunday. She is reported to be improving. im-proving. Miss Loma Jolley has gone to Ogden to visit relatives. |
