Show St. George Committee On Recreation Outlines Program For July 24th The July 24 program Is to be sponsored by the St. George Committee Com-mittee on Recreation. It will begin be-gin with a dance on July 23 at the St. George open-air pavilion with the orchestra of Stanley Schmutz' furnishing the music. On the morning of July 24, the Daughters of the Pioneers are arranging for a car ride for the old folks, followed by a program at 9 a.m. Immediately following the program, pro-gram, the children's sports will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will be under the direction of Grant Whitehead. Prizes for the children's chil-dren's sports will he financed by the Recreation committee, the Chamber of Commerce, City of St. George and Business Peoples' as-sociat as-sociat ion. In the afternoon there is to be a baseball game, arranged by Grant Harris, between St. George and the Duck Creek CCC team. Beginning at 4 o'clock, roller (Continued on page eight) Recreation Committee (Continued from first page) skating will be open at the recreation rec-reation hall and continue for the rest of the afternoon. In the evening there is to be a dance at the St. George open-air pavilion for the old folks, under the direction of the WPA.
