Show Relief Society And Legion Units Provide Many Presents For Needy Relief Society, American Legion, J and Auxiliary leaders report themselves them-selves well pleased with the response re-sponse that they have received from the citizens of St. George in giving them old toys to repair and then give to the children of the community who wouldn't otherwise receive presents. The American Legion members have been working on this program pro-gram at the Pickett Lumber company com-pany with the result that many useful toys have been put together to-gether and repainted to where they will bring joy to the hearts of many children. Individuals have been free in their help to where those in charge say that they are well pleased with the results obtained. Need More However, there is still ned for more help and the group is making mak-ing an appeal to anyone who is financially able to "play Santa Claus" to do so by giving money or presents. The group asks that if an individual in-dividual knows of families that are in need, that the individual "Play Santa" to that family or report to the following committee that they will "play Santa".
