Show Dramatic Play To Be Presented Here By B.A.C. "It Can't Happen Here", a dramatic play, will be presented in the Dixie junior college auditorium audi-torium Wednesday, Mar. 2, at 8 p.m. by the Branch Agricultural college. This play, by John C. Moffit and Sinclair Lewis, was adopted from a novel by Sinclair Lewis. It is a dramatic presentation of what will befall if Americans should allow their freedom to be bartered for an illusory security. "It Can't Happen Here" is the story of a man who gained control of the United States, and the effects of his dictatorship upon the lives of the people, especially one family. The play has a cast of nearly thirty. There are twenty-five parts and several others. It is being presented here in exchange for the play the "Purple Moon" which was given in Cedar City recently by the Dixie junior college. |
