Show STOCK PERMIT ISJJRANTED The permit for the Arrowhead Petroleum Pe-troleum Corporation was issued by the Utah commisison Tuesday afternoon, according to the following telegram received re-ceived in St. George from Charles D. Alsop, general manager of the corporation corpora-tion : Salt Lake City, July 26. Permit for Arrowhead Petroleum Corporation issued this afternoon. Will be here for two more days. Closing deal with broker to handle large block of stock. C. D. ALSOP, General Manager. Mr. Alsop has been in Salt Lake for the past month conferring with the Utah commission in regard to issuing the permit. He is expected to return to St. George the last of the week when full details of the corporation's future plans will be made known. This corporation was organized on June 10, 1927, by a group of prominent Utah business men. , Now that the corporation is enabled to place its securities upon the market, the investor will be confronted with something new in the line of investments. invest-ments. Thirty per cent of each dollar secured by this corporation through the sale of its securities will be placed upon deposit in the Dixie Stockgrowers Bank as a sinking fund. The interest which this fund earns will be compounded com-pounded semi-annually. At the end of ten years, if the corporation has returned re-turned its stockholders their original investment by way of earned dividends, then the sinking fund plus the interest inter-est which it has earned will be refunded refund-ed to the corporation. If the corporation corpora-tion does not return the investor his original investment during the specified time, then the investor may exercise his option to do one of two things: First, he may request the bank to refund re-fund him his part of the sinking fund, plus the interest it has earned, or the bank will deliver him a bond for the full amount of his investment payable in ten years. |
