Show SPRINGDALE Rose Lamb and Clara Chem-berlin Chem-berlin were in Orderville visiting friends and relatives last week. A number of our people attended at-tended the genealogical convention conven-tion in Hurricane on Saturday and Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Elias Gifford, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Ruesch and M. E. Gifford, 3r., were in St. George Saturday on business. Miss Kritz gave the last class in nursing here last Tuesday. It was a final examination in which all the class passed with high marks. Wesley Dennett and Grant Ex-cell Ex-cell were forth year graduates from Dixie this year. The Bridge Mountain CCC camp has moved to Bryce Canyon. Can-yon. This community was greatly grieved at the passing of Mrs. Joseph Earl. Mr. Earl has been in the CCC camp here and has taken an active part in the music mu-sic of this ward. Mrs. Edith Hep worth is visiting visit-ing in California. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Gifford are visiting their daughters in California. We have a few cases of whooping whoop-ing cough in town. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Cornelius was a visitor at the home of Walter Ruesch. |
