NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION Department of the Interior, U. S. Land Office at Salt Lake City, Utah, April 8, 1927. Notice is hereby given that George J. Woodbury, of Tulare, Calif., who, on June 22, 1921, made homestead entry, No. 025 658, for BNE'4 Sec. 3 4, NWiNEy4, NEUNW'i, W'2-WV2, W'2-WV2, Section 35, Township 41 South, Range 16 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make three year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before W. S. Hunsaker, Register of the U. S. Land Office, at Visalia, Cal., on the 31st day of May, 1927. Claimant names as witnesses: Rex Gardner and Eras-tus Gardner, of Pine Valley, Utah, Thomas Gardner and Reuben Gardner of St. George, Utah.
