Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS I Stato Engineer's Office, Sait Lake City, Utah, September 29. 1926. Notice is hereby given that Charles Char-les B. Petty, whose postoffice address ad-dress is Hurricane, Utah, has made application- in accordance with the requirements of Section 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to change the place and nature of use of .0001 c, f. s. of water from Summit Spring in Washington County, Coun-ty, Utah. Said water has heretofore been diverted at a point N. 671 ft. and E. 13,145 ft. from the SE Cor. of Sec. 25, T. 42 S., R 19 W., S. L. M. and used for stockwatering purposes. It is now desired to divert the water as heretofore and convey it in a pipe line a distance of 6500 ft. to a point S. 5859 ft-, and E. 13,275 ft. from the SE Cor. of Sec. 25, T. 42 S., R. 19 W., S. L. M. and use for the benefit bene-fit of the general public at a service station. This application is designated designat-ed in the State Engineer's Office as File No. a931. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefore, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
