Show CITY ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING: SEC-tion SEC-tion 274 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of St. George. Published Pub-lished in 1915. Be It Ordained By The City Council Coun-cil of the City of St. George. SECTION I. That Section 274 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of St. George, published in 1915, be amended to read as follows: SECTION SEC-TION 274. CARRYING CONCEALED CONCEAL-ED WEAPONS. It shall be unlawful for any person, per-son, except a peace officer, without the consent of a peace officer, to carry concealed upon his person any slingshot, brass knuckles, revolver or pistol of any description, dagger, stiletto or other deadly weapon; and it shall also be unlawful for any person per-son when not necessary in purely self defense, in the presence of two or more persons to draw and exhibit any deadly weapon in a rude, angry, and threating manner. Any person found guilty of violating violat-ing any of the provisions of this section sec-tion shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor mis-demeanor and liable to a fine not exceeding ex-ceeding one hundred dollars or to imprisonment not to exceed three months, or to both such fine and imprisonment. im-prisonment.
