Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. October 4, 1926. Notice is . hereby given that Schmutz Brothers whose post office address is New Harmony, Utah, have made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1'917 as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate .05 c. f. s. of water from Quakingasp Spring in Iron County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the Spring which bears N. 229 5 ft. and W. 5323 ft. from the SW cor. Sec. 19, T. 37 S., R. 12 W., S. L. M. and conveyed in a pipe line a distance of 74 ft. to a series of troughs where it will be used during the entire year for the watering of 8000 goats. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 1002S. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefore, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
