Show FORFEITURE NOTICE To Herman Brisacher, his heirs, executors, ex-ecutors, administrators and assigns: as-signs: You Are Hereby Notified that we have expended during the years 1912 to July 1st, 1925, noon, inclusive, thirty-nine hundred Dollars ($3900.-00), ($3900.-00), in labor and improvements upon the Maud, Nevada, and Arizona lode mining claims, situate in the Harris-burg Harris-burg Mining District, Washington County, State of Utah, the location certificates of which are of record in the office of the County Recorder of Washington County at St. George. Utah, in order to hold said claims under the provisions of Section 2324 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, and the amendments thereto approved January 22, 1SS0, and August 24, 1921. concerning annual labor upon mining claims, being the amount required to hold said lodes for the years 1912 to July 1st, 1925, noon. inclusive. And if, within ninety days ftom the personal service of this notice, or within ninety days after publication thereof, you fail or refuse to contribute your proportion of such expenditure as a co-owner, which amounts to Thirteen hundred dollars ($1300.00), your interest in the claim will become the property of . the subscribers, your co-owners, who have made the required expenditure, by the terms of said section.
