Show VEYO Veyo, Dec. 21. Last week about 10 inches of snow fell after a good rain. Since then the weather has been very cold until this morning at which time it looks very favorable for more storm. We are having very little travel through' now as it is impossible im-possible for cars to go from Central to Lytle's ranch on account of snow. The mail is unable to go through except ex-cept to Central at which place the mail from Enterprise meets Mr. Lund with a wagon. Several cars have tried to go through but have been forced to turn back. Services were held in sacrament meeting unday to commemorate the birth of the Prophet Joseph Smith. Miss Maud Heywood is home from the Dixie college for the holidays. Mrs. Lem S. Leavitt is ill at her home. |
