Show DISTRICT COURT District court is in session here, having started Tuesday with Judge Thos. H. Burton on the bench. No criminal cases will be tried at this term of Court, Judge Burton deciding de-ciding that it would save the county money not to call jurymen as none of the cases were ready for trial. Description of cases follow: State vs. Sidney Thompson, motion for a new trial submitted for decision; State vs. Victor Hail, set for trial Dec. 15, 10 a. m.; State vs. A. G. Anderson, An-derson, dismissed on motion of district dist-rict attorney; State vs. A. G.
