FOR NEW OIL COMPANY Attorney W. B. Higgins appeared before the Chamber of Commerce last Thursday night and requested the. backing of the Chamber for a new oil company which proposes .grilling here. , ' Mr. Higgins stated that the company com-pany had plenty of. money and wanted want-ed to get control f 5000 acres of land in the vicinity Jf the Bloomington dome and drill a deep well on the dome. He mentioned names of people peo-ple who would vouch for the responsibility respon-sibility of the people who seek to drill here.
