Show FIVE HUNDRED ATTEND COLLEGE LEADERSHIP Sessions Closed Last Night After Week of Splendid Instruction; Many Visitors Attend from Outside Points Nearly five hundred visitors, including in-cluding many from Zion Park stake, St. George. Moapa, Parowan, Paro-wan, Kanab and Panguitch stakes, and visitors from northern Utah, were registered at the Dixie college col-lege during the Leadership week which closed last night. Instruction was given by experts in the departments of agriculture, animal husbandry, poultry raising, home-making, scouting, fine art. and recreational leadership. Other features were the livestock and poultry show, fine art exhibit, and presentation of the college opera, Boccaccio, Monday and Tuesday nights. Each day a general assembly was held in the tabernacle, at which a program and sermon were given. Monday, Oscar A. Kirkham spoke on the subject of temple work, and the preparation of youth and each individual for this work. He said that all youth needs is a challenge of things worthwhile worth-while to do, and commented on the fact that youth should be made to respect authority and to have a sense of responsibility. Of temple work he said: Temple work is glorious. It is a beautiful ceremony that must be prepared for and that should not be regarded regard-ed as a duty. I look upon it as an enrichment of life. Our temples tem-ples will always be somethlnc beautiful that will fulfill their destiny if men and women are but prepared to do the work. The work is God's plan for a beaut ilu! happy life. Elder Mclvin J. Ballard continued contin-ued the subject of temple work. He explained the difference between salvation and exaltation and said we are preaching a gospel gos-pel of exaltation. In the B'semlily Edi'ar M.
