Frei, Jr., of Ivins, Utah, who, on February IS, 1929, made desert land entry, No. 044770, for NW Vi NE U ; sec 7, Township 42 South, Range 16 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make final proof to establish claim to the land above described before Leo A. Snow, Notary Public, at St. George, Utah, on the 20th day of March, 19 3 3.
