Show I Women Demc.nd Navy Rights I Washington, The National j Woman's party has gone to Secretary Wilbur with a vigorous protest against any" law which would bar women from service in the naval or marine corps reserve. A deputation from the party's headquarters declared de-clared senate and house bills now pending mentioned that these services should be composed of "male citizens," citi-zens," and declared they showed discrimination dis-crimination against women. Among other things they ass-erted such legislation le-gislation would debar women from serving as "yeomanettes," as they did in the World war. |
