Show AN ORDINANCN AN ORDINANCK AMENDING AN ..ORD'INANCIO ..PROVIDING FOR TII'IO LICENSING, REGULATION REGUL-ATION AND CONTROL O F IIEI0R CONTAINING IN EXCESS EX-CESS OF ONE-HALF OF ONE PER CENTUM OF ALCO'HOL BY VOLUME AND NOT TO EXCEED EX-CEED 3.2 PER CENTUM OF ALCOHOL BY WEIGHT AMI) PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF PASSED DECEMBER 29, 1933. The Board or County Commissioners Commis-sioners of the County of Washington, Wash-ington, State of Utah, ordains as follows: Section 1 Section Amended. Section 8 of an ordinance providing provi-ding for the licensing, regulation and control of beer containing in excesK of one-half of one per centum of alcohol by volume and not to exceed 3.2 per centum of alcohol by weight and providing penalties for the violation thereof, there-of, passed December 29, 1933, is hereby amended to read as follows: fol-lows: Section 8 A 1 1 applications shall he accompanied by the yearly fees hereinafter Ret out, provided, however, that an applicant ap-plicant may apply for a license for the period January 1st to March 31st, or the period April 1st to June 30th, or the period July 1st to September 30th, or the period October 1st to December Dec-ember 31st of any year for one-fourth one-fourth the yearly fees herein specified : The yearly license fees for the retailing or wholesaling of beer shall be as follows: For a class "A" retail license. $15.00. For a class "B" retail license. $35.00. For a class "C" retail license. $75.00. For a wholesale license, $75.00. All yearly licenses issued hereunder here-under shall expire on Decemher 31st of the year in which the same are Issued, and all quarterly quar-terly licenses issued hereunder shall expire at the close of the quarter for which the same are issued. Section 2 Effect. This ordinance ordi-nance shall take effect upon publication. pub-lication.
