Show CCC MEN LEAVE FOR HOBBLE CREEK CAMP Thursday, eighteen men under Lt. Merwln H. 'Smith, left for Hobble Creek. Camp F-30, located locat-ed about nine miles east of Sprlngville. It is very pretty canyon and the site of the camp will be near the creek. The only wooden buildings will be the mess hall, wash and shower rooms the rest being tents. Lt. Smith will be in charge of the clearing of the camp site and the construction of the buildings. It will be about ten days before be-fore all of the camp is moved to Hobble Creek. Captain M. P. Morgan will accompany Lt. Smith but will return to the Washington camp within a few days. Work will continue on the Virgin Vir-gin river until the men are ready to move north. The summer sum-mer work will be road building and the construction of a recreation re-creation camp. |
