Show NEW HARMONY New Harmony, Sept. 27. We are glad to report that George Schmutz is still improving, although yet in a serious condition. His many friends here are all anxious for his speedy recovery. Merle Pace is now sufficiently recovered re-covered as to teach her school in Cedar City. She was engaged to teach there but has been unable to take her school till now due to her severe injury in the auto accident. Mrs. Orson Hammond returned from the hospital today. She has been in a serious condition but is improving. Mrs. Orren Kelsey has returned home, having spent the summer in Fairview and Idaho with her daughters. daugh-ters. Bp. Pace has moved his family to Cedar City for the winter so his children can attend the school there. Our school started Sept 14 with Ezra Tobler of Santa Clara and Verna Cox of St. George as teachers. .Marion, Reed and Pratt Prince and Fern and Vilo Davis are attending the Dixie college. Born, a son to Mr. and Mrs. Martin O. Woolsey Sept. 10th. All concern-, ed doing nicely. Leroy Grant has returned from a trip to California where he has been with cattle. Mr. and Mrs. Mason Rencher of Grass valley have moved here for the winter. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Cox of St. George are visiting here today. |
