Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. September 5, 1925. Notice is hereby given that A. G. Anderson, whose post office address is Leeds, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate five hundred (500) acre feet of water wat-er from Grapevine Wash in Washington Washing-ton County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears 1100 ft. N. and 1745 ft. E. from the E cor. Sec. 7, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., S. L. M. and conveyed in a canal a distance of 4650 ft. where it will be stored during the entire year in a reservoir the center of the impounding impound-ing dam of which bears N. 57 30' W. 3 60 ft. from the SE cor. of Sec. 7, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., 6. L. B. M. The water is released from the reservoir and conveyed in a canal a distance of 7500 ft. where it is used as a supplemental supple-mental supply during the entire year for the irrigation of 100 acres of land embraced in WNW, NW-SW't, NW-SW't, SE Sec. 17, NE Sec. 20, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., S. L. M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 9725. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
