Y. Bonds bearing interest at the rate of five and one-half per cent, per annum, payable smi-annually, September 1st and March 1st of each year. There are two interest coupons for each year during the lifetime of each Bond. Amount $27.50 each payable Semi-annually Sept. 1st and March 1st. Bonds were issued March 1st, in consecutive number, from one to fifty-six inclusive.
