Show SHERIFFS SALE In the District Court of Washington. County, State of Utah. Lee Charles Miller, Plaintiff, vs. Henrv Pollock, Alice M. Pollock, Richard A. Thorley and Elizabeth B. Thorlev, Defendants. To he sold at Sheriff's sale on the 14th dav of February, A. D. 1927, at the front door of the County Court House in St. George, Utah, at 2 o'clock p. m. of said day. The following fol-lowing described propery situated in Washington County Utah, to-wit: The South half (Si) of the Northeast North-east quarter (NB) oi Section Thirty Thir-ty (30) Township Thirty-eight (3S) South of Range Twelve (12) West. Salt Lake Meridian, containing eighty eigh-ty (SO) acres. Together with one-tenth one-tenth (110) of the water of Dry Creek in Washington County, Utah, being the use of all of the waters of said creek for 2 1 hours out of every ten days, as evidenced by a certificate certifi-cate for One (1) share of stock in the Dry Creek Farm & Irrigation Company, Com-pany, standing in the name of Alice M.
