Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, January 13, 1927. Notice is here by given that James W. Imlay, whose postoffice address is Hurricane, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate ap-propriate .001 c. f. s. of water from Redd Spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which bears 2160 ft. N. and 950 ft. W. of the NT1,i cor. of Sec. 16, T. 39 S., R, 11 W., S. L. M. and conveyed in a wooden flume a distance of 49 ft. where the water will be collected in steel troughs and used from May 1 to Dec. 1 of each year for the watering of 4000 head of sheep. This application is designated in the Stale Engineer's Office as File No. 10090. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.0 0, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
