Show JANE T. BLEAK, PIOXEER HONORED "Aunt" Jane Bleak was pleasantly pleas-antly -surprised at her home at three o'clock on Sunday after- noon, when the lady ordinance ! workers from the St. George i Temple called to spend the afternoon af-ternoon with her. Following a program of songs, readings, and tributes to Mrs. Bleak visiting was enjoyed and the party enjoyed seeing some of the trinkets and souveniors she, has in her possession. Many date back to as early as 18 37 and have historical value connected con-nected with the church. They also sajoyed seeing a 'a.rge mulberry mul-berry tree 14 feet in circumference circumfer-ence which was planted by -unt Jane 65 years ago. Mrs. Bleak is 88 years of ae? and still is an active ordinance worker in the temple as she has been for over 40 years. Before Be-fore that f.ime she cooked meals for the ordinance -vorkers. Those present besides the guest of honor, her three daughters, daugh-ters, Mrs. Olive Snow, Mrs. Jennie Jen-nie Nelson, and Mrs. Rose Ramsey Ram-sey and her daughter in Law, Mrs. Samuel Bleak were: Mrs. Ida Foremaster, Mrs. Emmaline J- Cottam, Mrs. 'George F. Whitehead, White-head, Mrs. Lorin A. Little, Mrs. Andrew N. Winsor, Mrs. Peter 'Snow, Mrs. Samue'l Barnhurst, Mrs. George Wrthen, Mrs. Ray Bentley, Mrs. Amanda R. Williams, Will-iams, Mrs. Alice K. Hatch, Mrs. Bestey Hardy, Mrs. John Pulsipher, Pul-sipher, Mrs. Richard McAllister, Mrs. Lovlna Allen, and Misses Emma Brooksby and Ida Wialli-s. |
