Show SPRINGDALE Springdale, March 28. Bishop Ira H. Bradshaw of Hurricane came here Saturday to deliver a big order of fig trees. Two short plays were staged here March 28 by the Relief Society, answering for a program in "honor of the anniversary of the Relief Society, The title of the plays were "Billie's Coarse Girls" and "Auntie." They were much enjoyed. Donal J. Jolley and Hyrum Ruesch went to Short Creek, Ariz., Sunday as missionaries, sent by the seventh quorum of elders. They reported re-ported having a good time. A number of our elders attended the meeting at Virgin Sunday which was held by the seventh quorum of elders. Mrs. Mary J. Cox and son Luther of Hurricane spent the week end here as visitors. Mrs. Cox is still here. Leland Russell, who is working at Cedar City, was a Sunday visitor here. |
