Show ENTERPRISE Enterprise, Mar. 27. Last Saturday Satur-day while coming from the meadows, Aaron Huntsman, known as' "Uncle Aaron," was thrown from his wagon and quite badly hurt. The wagon ran over his ribs breaking two or three and his leg was badly hurt. He was brought to town by Roy Holt who was on his- way to his ranch. The horses were caught farther down the canyon and brought to town. He is reported somewhat better this morning. Mr. Carl Crawford and Miss Thora Lamb were married in the St. George temple March 25. Both are highly respected young people of this place. Their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Crawford and Mr. and Mrs. I. H. Lamb accompanied them. They visited visit-ed Zion park on their trip. Last Wednesday night all the free patrons of the picture shows gave Ivor Clove a surprise party and gave him a fountain pen, to show their appreciation ap-preciation for the shows he has invited in-vited them too. Refreshments were served and a very enjoyable time was had. O. W. Huntsman was taken suddenly sud-denly ill this morning with an attack of appendicitis, due to his age an operation could not be had. His many friends wish for his speedy recovery. re-covery. Mrs. Sarah Morris returned home Tuesday from Pioche, Nevada, where she has been for the past two weeks. Mr. and Mrs. John Benson spent the week end in St. George. |
