Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 25, 1927. Notice is hereby given that Edward Ed-ward M. Mickelsen whose post office address is St. George, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 19 2 5 to appropriate .6 c.f.s. of water from Middleton Wash in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears N. 1161 ft. and E. 699 ft. from the W cor. Sec. 21, T. 42 S., R. 15 W., S. L. M. and conveyed in a ditch a distance dist-ance of 1500 ft. where it will be used during the entire year for the irrigation of 50 acres of land embraced embrac-ed in the SWNW, NW14SW Sec. 21, T. 42 S., R. 15 W., S. L. M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10062, All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with, a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
