Show WASHINGTON HOME BURNS A new home at Washington, belonging be-longing to Wm. Pearce, burned to the ground at about 2:30 Sunday morning. The house was almost ready to move into, the carpenters having practically completed their work. Mr. Pearce was in Las Vegas Ve-gas at the time, and the fire is melieved to be incendiary. According to those residing in the vicinity, the blaze was preceded pre-ceded by an explosion, and a car was heard near the premises at the same time. At three o'clock everything was consumed, the fire having burned the house to the foundation. This is the second fire suffered by Mr. Prince within a year. A home on the same foundation was completely burned last winter. |
