Harmon of St. George is just finishing) his summer's work at the National summer school of the Utah Agricultural college and will stay on for a year's further work at the college col-lege where he was recently appointed to the position of instructor in horticulture. horti-culture. Mr. Harmon is a former student of the Dixie college and has already done a year of graduate work in botany and horticulture under un-der Dr. Merrill. He received his bachelor's degree at the college in 1921 and has since taught in Rich and Kane counties. Other Washington county students who are at the Agricultural college this summer are Vern Hall of Hurricane Hurri-cane who will graduate next June and Mrs. Deslie Anderson of Toquerville. Toquer-ville. During the first six weeks of the National summer school Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Thompson of Cedar City and Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Morris wero also enthusiastic students. |
