J .. - r I ' v ' , : 4 Mr. and Mrs. Lane Hadlock y Mr. and Mrs. Lane Hadlock wed in Salt Lake LDS Temple A wedding reception was held in honor of Nancy and Lane Hadlock at the Ashley Stake Center on Feb. 25. They were united in marriage at the jSalf Lake Temple Tem-ple on Feb. 14. The bride was radiant in a gown made of silk organza with a long chapel train, featuring wide ruffles of tiny pleated silk organza. The gown had an empire waist with a Queen Ann collar covered with French alecon lace and pearls. The lace and pearl design continued onto the skirt and train. The bouffant sleeves were ap-pliqued ap-pliqued with lace and pearls and featured a pleated ,chiffon ruffle aboye.the high cuff.'.,' .". . ,'. .. ' '. , The tiered veil was of bridal illusioi; and edged with wide lace. It was held by a tiara of lace and pearls. The dress was designed and made by Nancy and her mother. Nancy carried a cascading bridal bouquet of ivy, roses, stephanotis and baby's breath. Attending the bride as maid of honor was Angela Parkinson. The bridesmaids were Cindy Merrill, Lisa Reynolds and Holly Hadlock. Their dresses were of;, mauve rose crepe and lace and each car-"" ried a white lace fan accented with, crysanthemums, rose and baby's breath. The groom was attired in an all white formal tail tuxedo with satin lapels and ascot tie. He wore a boutonniere of burgundy and mauve roses with baby's breath. Attending the groom as best men were i Lane's brothers, Terry Lynn, Todd and Stacey and Nancy's brothers, Randy and Brent Merrill. They were attired in silver tuxedos with ascot ties. Fathers of the couple were also attired in silver tuxedos. ' The hall was decorated with flowers, pillars and ferns, featuring a lighted gazebo with a five tiered wedding cake ; inside. The cake was separated with tall Grecian pillars with cascades of burgun-. burgun-. dy rose flowers on each pillar. A lighted tiered water fountain was placed in the center of the pillars. The cake was pale rose and was covered with fine lace work and accented with lace butterflies. A . glass replica of the Salt Lake Temple adorned the top of the cake. :. Bishop and Mrs.i Kenneth' Anderson greeted the guests: Kaylynn Barton was at the guest book. Valynne Mott was at the buffet table with Alyson Mott assisting. Susan and Darrel Hawkins and Debbie and Shanna Hadlock assisted at the gift table. Also assisting with the reception were Vee Taylor, Wilma Davidson, RutfT Winn, Karen Coombs, Jana McKeachnie, Stacy Curtis, Gwen'Miles and Kelly Adams... " Gift bearers were Lynn Hadlock and Quinn Miles. Bridal showers were given by Beverly Bever-ly Merkley and Cindy Merrill. The couple honeymooned in Orlando, Florida and will make their home in Vernal. |
