Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE S SALE The following described describ-ed real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, on the front steps of the Uintah County Coun-ty Courthouse, Vernal, Uintah County, Utah on the 20th day of June, 1983, at 3:00 p.m.: Beginning at a point 34 rods South, and 1002.6 feet East of the Northwest Nor-thwest corner of the Northeast Nor-theast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian Meri-dian and running thence East 110 feet; thence South 13 rods; thence West 110 feet; thence North 13 rods to the point of Beginning. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these nonjudicial non-judicial proceedings is dated October 12, 1979, and was executed by Standard Saddle Tree Company, Inc., Trustor, in favor of Commerical Credit Plan Incorporated, Incor-porated, Beneficiary.
