Mayor Sam Snyder of Vernal and Mayor Lawrence Kay of Naples welcomed welcom-ed the new businesses to the area in a ribbon rib-bon cutting ceremony on Thursday. After the grand opening ceremonies, the developer conducted guided tours through the building.
