Community concert features pianist April 30 at VJHS James Dick, pianist, will be presented to the members of the Uintah Community Communi-ty Concert Association in the Vernal Junior High auditorium on Wednesday, April 30, according to Curtis May, association president. Curtain time is II: 13 p.m. During the 1982-83 season, Mr. Dick appears ap-pears as guest soloist with the Slovenian Symphony Orchestra on a four-week tour of major cities throughout the United States, including New York, where they will participate in the Brahms 150th Anniversary An-niversary Festival at Carnegie Hall. Other recent highlights of Mr.-Dick's career have included performances with the Chicago Symphony, the Cleveland Orchestra, the Philadelphia Orchestra, and the National Symphony. Mr. Dick is dedicated to the Round Top Festival in Texas and its Festival-Institute, Festival-Institute, which he founded in 1971. One of the finest American music festivals, Round Top is located in rural and historic Fayette County, between Austin and Houston. Admittance to the concert is by membership card only.
