Show NOTICE OF HEARING CAUSE NO. 131-42 BEFORE THE BOARD OF OIL, GAS AND MINING DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENERGY in and for the STATE OF UTAH TELINTHA B. RASMUSSEN Vs CHEVRON, USA, INC. ACTION INVOLVING PAYMENT OF ROYALTIES, PURSUANT TO SECTION 40-6-18, UTAH CODE ANNOTATED, 1953, FOR THE BLUEBELL AREA, UINTAH COUNTY, UTAH. THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL OPERATORS, TAKERS OF PRODUCTION, MINERAL AND ROYALTY OWNERS, AND PARTICULARLY ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE BLUEBELL AREA, UINTAH COUNTY, UTAH. On May 13, 1982, Telintha B. Rasmussen filed an application for hearing before the Board of Oil, Gas and Mining under the provisions of the Section 40-6-18, U.C.A., 1953, as amended. The petitioner alleges and complains that Chevron, USA, Inc. has failed and-or neglected to pay royalty, proceeds from production for the Rasmussen No. 1 well located in : Section 17, Township 2 South, Range 1 East, USM, Uintah County, Utah. THEREFORE, on Monday, June 28, 1982, at 10:00a.m., in Room 303 of the State Capitol Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, a hearing will be held in order to determine whether or not the defendants have failed to provide proper accounting figures and make such payments as requested.
